Forms and Information

Specific information is sent out via email to parents for activities and camps, though please find some of the generic information below.

All membership, emergency, health and medical information is now held electronically and parents are expected to keep this up to date online using the OSM parent portal. This can be accessed via the invitation links you have been sent by email or here

  • Group Gift Aid Form
  • Shooting permission (section 21 of the firearms act)
  • Generic Kit List

Uniform

All Scouts are expected to wear complete and smart Scout Uniform unless otherwise stated on our program. Scout Uniform comprises;

  • Scout Trousers
  • Scout Shirt
  • Leather Scout Belt
  • Leather Scout Woggle (or other official event Woggle if awarded)
  • Group Scarf (or event Scarf if allowed)

Scouts should wear appropriate footwear for the event (e.g. walking boots) and smart black shoes must be worn for all parades.

Scout uniform can be purchased from the District Scout Shop at District HQ and replacement Scarves and Woggles can be purchased from one of the Leaders.

Behaviour Policy

We expect high standards of behaviour from our Scouts and our behaviour policy and code of conduct should be read by all Scouts
